The Barn is snuggled up against spectacular forestry and a short walk into the forest brings you to the loch. In the opposite direction, walk for quarter of a mile and you arrive at stunning Rockcliffe Beach.

The Barn has open plan living, dining, kitchen area and a separate modern shower room, large garden and outdoor space, including the terrace direct from the bedroom, with bistro set and sun-chairs, leading out into the rest of the garden.

The lounge has a Smart TV & WiFi and a cosy multi fuel burning stove. When the log burner is on, it is sufficient to heat the whole property or alternatively there is a brand new central heating system.

A fully equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The bathroom has recently been refurbished and features a beautiful walk in shower. The property is fully centrally heated and features a cosy log burner.

The outdoor space by the front door is a car port, it has a boot locker for outdoor footwear, wellies and dog towels on one side, and a handy wood store within easy reach on the other.

The large garden is beyond the sun terrace, it can be accessed from the bedroom or from the front of the property, and it is also doggie secure. We have a BBQ and a large picnic table. The perfect outdoor are to enjoy the surrounding beauty, watch the red squirrels feed and enjoy your glass of wine!

The Barn has a car port which leads directly into the property and private additional space to park two vehicles.
